Agency Leadership and Support
The Office of the City Administrator (OCA) primarily supports the Citywide Strategic Priority area of Making Government Work. OCA provides leadership and support to District agencies to increase government effectiveness. The office not only engages agencies in strategic plan development and execution, but also works specifically to provide leadership in the development and implementation of cross-agency and targeted improvement initiatives across the District.
